Are their any products or facial masks (fruits, foods, etc.) that work in getting rid of post-acne marks? I keep hearing Scarzone or Mederma, are these any good?

Make a paste made of sandalwood powder and rose water. Apply it over the pimples.. keep repeating it till they vanish, which will be very soon.
Also, Fair & Lovely works.
