How Can I Get Rid Of My Acne, I Don’t Have That Much But It’s Noticeable And I Don’t Like It?

I am 14 and have acne on my forehead, the side of my forehead, on my nose, chin, and on my cheeks. So pretty much everywhere. I even have found a little around my collar bone. It’s not an overwhelming amount, but it is still noticeable.
I use cleansers and sometimes I use masks. Is there anything else I can do to get rid of it?

When I was 13 I had a bunch of pimples on my forehead that felt impossible to get rid of. Its stupid when people say ” eat healthy ” because you cant only get pimples from what you eat, it could be dirt as well or you have very sensitive skin.
I suggest you stay away from lotions, masks etc.- that have perfume in them. Wash your face with a good oatmeal soap bar, when drying your face, pat your face dry. Then boil organic green tea in a pot, once it is bubbling, shut off the fire and let it cool down for about 20 seconds. Grab a small face towel and put your face over the pan, not too close but enough to feel the steam in your face. You must put the towel over the back of your head so that the steam does not escape through the sides and you are completly covering your head and some of the pot as well. Stay there for about 5 minutes. Once done throw out the tea ( do not re-use it ) Let your face dry on its own so that you dont wash off the vitamins. This should be done once a week for better results. After Apply alittle bit of Eucerin. On the days you dont wash your face with tea, continue washing your face with the oatmeal soap bar and pat your face dry and apply eucerin. The cleaner your face is the better, always apply eucerin. I did this for about two months and ever since then Ive completly gotten rid of all my acne. Its alittle trick my grandmother taught me, I hope it works for you or whoever else is reading this!

there are as many over the counter medicines as there are reasons for ACNE. You really ought to find out the cause of it before administering any medication. The truth is I found out that most of the time, if your acne is not Bacterial (in which case an anti biotic must be prescribed for you), it is the result of skin abnormality. Something you re using or ingesting something that is causing your skin to either become too oily thus blocking the pores, or reacting negatively with your epidermis and causing these zits to surface. If it is the latter, you ll have to watch what you re eating and drinking. Sometimes high caloric foods and drinks such as candy, sweets junk food and high calorie syrupy drinks or even pop either lead to this or exacerbate the situation.

okay i have acne and it sucks and mine is bad the truth is you cant get rid of it with walmart stuff or antibiotics simply go to a dermatologist ask for acutane and your acne will be gone after 2 months of taking it. Thats NOT the best part you take the pill for 5 moths than your done no more acne the rest of your life. you don’t have to take a special face mask or certain wash either its so easy and now I have a clear face, and you can too

I am 14 too and it really helps if you go to the dermotologist. They can diagnose your acne and give you a treatment more suited to your needs. I just got started on a medicine called Accutane and that is a last resort. You should probably start doxycycline with differin. You sound like you need a little bit more than just masks. Also try popping them too.

    time.
i was like that a couple months ago and no matter how many times i would wash my face with cleaners, it just wouldn’t go away and now it is barely noticeable. you can use some concealer to cover it up until it goes away. good luck! (:

It’s hard to find a cleansing treatment that works for you because there are so many. I would say try some out and find what works best for you. Wash your face, cleanse it (with toner) and use moisturizer every morning and night. Only use masks once or twice a week. You could also try some spot treatments along with your cleansing treatment. I like the clean & clear or proactive spot treatments the best.

don’t use proactive because if you miss just one day then you break out with millions of pimples

it comes with a set of acne wash, toner, acne lotion, and Skin support dietary supplement pills
you can but it online at Arbonne.com or from a rep

Just eat healthy.. no dairy products.. no fast food.. nothing fried… fish an rice would be good including tuna..and always have a cup of green tea with no sugar.. and drink a huge glass of water when done with your green tea.. wash your face in cold water every morning and night.. dont wash like rubbing.. put a handful of water and do a splash on ur neck and ur face.. and if your showering, which is probably hot water.. your pores will open.. so when your done showering.. splash your face with cold water again.. and products such as Clarins Blemish Control would be great.. including Neutrogena Oil free acne wash.. But one thing is needed LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER A DAY

  • Clarence P:

I had really bad acne, but it went away with two products that i used.
    I recommend that you get:
    Oil-Free Acne Wash, from Neutrogena
Blackhead Eliminating Daily Scrub, from Neutrogena.
It should be gone within a week if you wash your face with this twice everyday.

  • Shirley B:

i have the same exactt problem and know what ur going through; try neutrogena oil free daily acne wash. its in an orange bottle. try it once in the morning and once at night.
tip – do not try pro active. everyone i know that used it, including me thinks it a complete waste. i even think that it made my face worse !*

ask your mother to take you out and buy you a foundation that matches your skin colour. it wont get rid of it but it will mask it. try to avoid sweet food.

  • captainb:

Washing your face daily without using soap, or any chemical products is a good start, but most importantly, stop eating or drinking any thing that contains sugar.

  • Dina:

Eating Healthy, no chololate, or oily food, excersie, and lastly, waiting, time heals all, aha, it’ll go away on its own eventually.
